Terms of Use

Effective date: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Helm Financial and Advisory Services ("Helm", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information only, not professional advice

The Site is provided for general information about our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Any engagement of Helm is governed by a separate written letter of engagement, which takes precedence over the Site.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

© 2026 Helm Financial and Advisory Services. All rights reserved. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Helm name and mark, layouts, and code, is owned by or licensed to Helm and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to interfere with its operation, or to use it in any way that could damage or impair the Site or another user's use of it.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helm will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada. Grenada is a member of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), and any dispute arising from the Site falls within the jurisdiction of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court sitting in Grenada, to which you and Helm submit.

Where Helm provides services to, or the Site is accessed from, Trinidad and Tobago, the applicable mandatory laws of Trinidad and Tobago, including its data protection and consumer protection legislation, may also apply to the extent required. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you have under the mandatory laws of your own jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, with its effective date above, is the current version, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
